Manchester | Up to £90,000 | Start Date: 1st November
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Frame Project Manager to join a major construction project in Manchester, overseeing the delivery of a large-scale structural frame package.
This is a key project leadership role for someone who is commercially strong, technically sharp and completely on top of the detail.
You'll need to understand the frame inside out, know the sequencing, stay ahead of variations and be confident managing multiple moving parts on a live site.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the structural frame, working closely with the commercial and site teams to ensure the project stays on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
The project involves flying tables and two tower cranes, so a strong understanding of sequencing, logistics and crane coordination is essential.
This isn't a role for someone who simply manages what's directly in front of them.
We're looking for a smart, commercially minded and switched-on Project Manager who understands how the frame needs to be sequenced, where the risks are and where the commercial opportunities sit.
You need to be the person who knows what's happening now, what's happening next and what could go wrong before it happens.
