Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Nottingham is seeking a Structural Engineer with 2+ years' experience to join their multidisciplinary team. Based from their Rutland office with hybrid working options, the role covers structural surveys, design, calculations and drawings for residential, commercial and industrial properties, plus guidance to clients and support on insurance projects.

You should hold a degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (IStructE/ICE) with 1st or 2:1, have 2 years'

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering accredited by IStructE or ICE (1st or 2:1 preferred).
• 2 years' experience as a Graduate Engineer.
• Experience in consulting engineering, surveying, architectural & planning.
• Experience in deadlines and budgets.
• UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Structural Reports.
• Structural design calculations and preparation of drawings.
• Flood damage surveys.
• Provide technical advice to clients.
• Producing CAD Drawings.
• Assisting with planning and building regulations approval.
• Site inspections and client visits.
• Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors.
• Administering contracts and managing projects.
• Assess the sustainability and environmental impact of each project.
