Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer in Rutland with 2+ years of post-graduate experience. The role focuses on structural surveys, calculations, drawings, and client advisory services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team in a hybrid work environment, progressing toward chartership with IstructE or ICE and benefiting from mentoring, pension contributions, and a support package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering accredited by IStructE or ICE (1st or 2:1 preferred).
• 2 years' post-graduate experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment.
• Experience in consulting engineering, surveying, architectural & planning contexts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural reports and calculations.
• Produce drawings and CAD layouts for projects.
• Conduct flood damage surveys and client site visits.
• Provide technical advice to clients and support on planning/building regulations.
