Job summary

WSP is seeking an Engineer to join the Building Structures team in a central London office. You will contribute to the design of high-profile projects and develop innovative, sustainable structures for UK and international clients. The role focuses on leading technical design at all RIBA stages and mentoring junior staff.

The team emphasizes collaboration, chartership development and flexible working options within a modern, inclusive environment at Chancery Lane.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Path to Chartership (IStructE or ICE) is desirable.
• Solid experience in structural engineering design across materials.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design process across RIBA stages for diverse projects.
• Provide sustainable structural solutions from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve solutions.
