WSP in London is seeking a full-time Structural Engineer to lead technical design at all RIBA stages on high-profile UK and international projects, delivering innovative and sustainable structural solutions.

You will join our Building Structures team in a central office, enjoying a collaborative, diverse environment with opportunities for mentoring and career progression across sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or HNC/HND qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Following a path to Chartership (IStructE or ICE).
• Solid experience in structural engineering design in all materials.
• Detailed working knowledge of national codes and standards.
• Proven ability to produce calculations and design concepts.
• Experience with ETABS, RAM Structural System, Tekla Structural Designer and Tedds.

Aufgaben

• Own and lead the design process for projects from concept through to construction.
• Manage technical issues, risks and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and other disciplines.
• Provide sustainable structural solutions and net-zero considerations.
• Report to senior team members on project progress.
