Job summary

Insignis Talent is seeking a Structural Engineer to join a Buildings & Places team, delivering diverse building structures projects and developing toward Chartered status. The role offers exposure to design, delivery and multidisciplinary project work.

You will contribute to design across concept through to detailed design, collaborate with design teams, and apply BIM standards while producing calculations, reports and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Graduate membership of IStructE or ICE.
• Experience designing steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures to Eurocodes.
• Exposure to building structures projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive approach to learning and development.
• Working towards Chartered status.
• Knowledge of software such as Robot and Revit is beneficial.

I’m currently recruiting for a Structural Engineer to join a Buildings & Places team working across a wide range of building structures projects.

This is a strong opportunity for a developing structural engineer who is working towards Chartered status and wants to broaden their experience across design, delivery and multidisciplinary project work.

The Role

You will be involved in the design and delivery of building structures projects from concept through to detailed design. The role sits within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and offers exposure to both technical design and project delivery.
