Job summary

Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd in Billericay is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead a residential-focused portfolio, delivering robust structural designs from concept through construction. You will manage project outputs, coordinate with architects, M&E engineers and surveyors, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering structural engineering design on building projects.

A well-established and highly respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its team in Billericay. With a strong reputation for delivering technically robust and innovative structural solutions, our client works on a residential-focused portfolio of projects, often working with leading housebuilders, and prides itself on maintaining a collaborative, technically focused environment where engineers can progress their careers while contributing to high-quality design work.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a talented engineering team, often acting as project leader on a range of challenging projects from concept through to construction. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of structural schemes, manage project outputs, and work collaboratively with architects, surveyors, and other design professionals. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, contribute to project planning, and play a visible role in client and stakeholder engagement while helping drive projects to successful completion.
