As a Lead Designer, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers, liaising with other disciplines, clients, and vendors, and coordinating with project team members across global offices to deliver tasks within the specified timelines and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Civil and Structural Designer with formal qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Proficient in the use of SmartPlant 3D, able to advise/guidance to junior designers
• Ability to manage a team of designers located overseas
• Creation of project-specific job notes, guides, and training materials to support consistent deliverables
• Organizing schedules and resources within the team to meet project deadlines
• Breaking down project tasks to drawing level and estimating resources required to complete milestones
• Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work efficiently, prioritize, and adapt to urgent issues
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Ability to work in an office-based role
