Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited, based in Enstone, invites a Stress Student Placement to join our Structures and Materials team. You will perform structural analyses, validate designs through simulations and testing, and contribute to optimisation studies for weight and performance.

You will also prepare technical reports for design reviews and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure robust component delivery.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year student in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Motorsport Engineering.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics and materials.
• Experience with FEA software.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering documentation.
• Motorsport passion; proactive and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing structural analysis using FEA tools.
• Support the validation of components through simulation and physical testing.
• Help prepare technical reports and documentation for design reviews.
• Contribute to optimisation studies for weight and performance.
