Job summary
Alpine Formula One Team, based at Enstone, is offering a Simulation Development Student Placement for a penultimate-year student. You’ll develop, test, and deploy simulation software used across technical departments, working closely with simulation engineers, software developers and performance analysts to ensure accuracy and usability.

Qualifications
- Currently studying a degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Motorsport Engineering in penultimate year.
- Strong programming skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle dynamics is desirable but not essential.
- Availability to attend onsite assessment centre in September.
- Right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining simulation tools and frameworks.
- Support integration of simulation software with engineering workflows.
- Help validate simulation outputs against real‑world data.
- Contribute to documentation, testing and user support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet performance and usability requirements.
