Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team is offering an engineering student placement in Enstone for 1 year, starting July 2027. You will support process improvements across Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Stores, Manufacturing and Engineering, with hands‑on data analysis and SOP development.

You will work with multiple departments to identify opportunities, develop SOPs, prepare reports, and contribute to initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for an Engineering degree and seeking an industry placement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Right to work in the UK; onsite interviews required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from multiple sources to support operational reviews and decision‑making activities.
• Support the development, implementation, and auditing of SOPs across Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the outcomes of operational and supply chain improvement activities.
• Participate in quality, efficiency, and supply chain improvement projects across the business.
• Develop an understanding of products, components, and manufacturing processes to support operational activities.
• Identify process gaps and support the development of solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Contribute to the design of processes that reduce risk, minimise cost and lead times, and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Prepare, maintain, and implement process documentation and operating instructions.
