Beta in Belfast is recruiting for a Street Works Coordinator to join our office-based team. You will manage notice periods, permits, and traffic management while ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal SLAs.

  • Responsible for all street works noticing lifecycle from raising to registering within deadlines.
  • Coordinate streetworks permits applications, include diversion routes and traffic management.
  • Ensure systems reflect updates within SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Develop strong relationships with SFOs, Department of Infrastructure and utility partners.
  • Oversee coordination of street works with internal teams and construction partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all street works noticing from raising, closing and registering within required time frames and deadlines.
  • Responsible for submitting and coordinating street work permits applications, including looking at diversion routes, traffic management, ensuring they meet the legislation within required time frames and deadlines.
  • Ensuring all systems are updated correctly within SLA's and all KPIs are achieved.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Statutory Functions Officers (SFOs) within the Department of Infrastructure, utility companies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the coordination of street works activities with internal departments and our construction partners.
