Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to ensure timely and compliant submission of notices, permits, and traffic management applications under NRSWA and local permit schemes. You will work with internal teams, authorities, and stakeholders to keep works on track and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Submit Streetworks notices and permit applications through Confirm in line with NRSWA and local authority requirements. Ensure all notices are raised accurately and within statutory timescales to maintain compliance. Process permit variations, extensions and closures as required throughout the lifecycle of works. Monitor outstanding notices and permits, ensuring actions are completed within service level agreements.
• Record actual work start dates from field teams and update records to maintain regulatory compliance. Attend planning and scheduling meetings to ensure upcoming works are noticed and permitted. Support field operations with guidance on permit conditions and compliance.
• Manage communications with Highway Authorities, build relationships with internal stakeholders and escalate compliance risks as needed. Respond to comments and requests promptly to minimise delays.
• Prepare and submit TTROs within SLA, monitor applications through to approval, and ensure activities comply with NRSWA and permit scheme regulations.
• Support KPI achievement, identify process improvements, and produce management information and reports.
