Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to ensure timely submission of notices, permits and TTROs in line with NRSWA requirements for projects in Wales. The role interfaces with internal teams, local authorities and stakeholders to maintain compliance and on-time delivery in a fast-paced utility environment.

The candidate will need strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, with a focus on regulatory compliance and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Previous Streetworks/Coordination experience is essential.
• Working knowledge of NRSWA legislation and permit schemes.
• Experience using Confirm or similar Streetworks management systems.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Submit Streetworks notices and permit applications per NRSWA and local authority rules.
• Raise notices within statutory timescales to ensure compliance.
• Process permit variations, extensions and closures as needed.
• Monitor notices and permits to meet service level agreements.
• Record actual work start dates from field teams and submit updates to regulators.
• Liaise with field ops for progress updates and delays.
• Attend planning meetings to ensure upcoming works are noticed and permitted.
• Support field operations with guidance on permit conditions and compliance.
