Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Streetworks Administrator to support the United Utilities Operational Support team in Worsley. You will manage notices/permits, respond to council feedback, and minimize non-compliance risk while ensuring programmes run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Utilities sector.
• Streetworks and Symology knowledge with statutory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and able to meet important deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work in accordance with SLA and permits.
• Maintain timely input into works management systems and escalate issues.
• Understand and use the Symology system (training provided).
• Drive continual improvements with Operational teams.
• Liaise with supervisors and sub-contractors to deliver programmes meeting client requirements.
• Validate and transmit notice/permit requests promptly.
• Open/close street work notices/permits and manage registrations.
