Job Title: Customer Service Sales Representative (Tourism & Sightseeing)

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. You will play a key role in driving ticket sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.

This role offers variety and fun, providing opportunities to meet people from around the world and help them enjoy their visit through our tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell tickets for sightseeing tours covering major tourist attractions in Windsor and London.
• Provide high-quality service to customers, including product promotion and local advice.

Experience and Skills

• Passion for excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation, punctuality, and team work skills.
• Result-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Job Details

• Seasonal, short-term contract until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities.
• Work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
• Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days per week, including weekends.
• Availability during peak season from April to August is required.
• Pay rate: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.52 from 31 March 2025. Commission opportunities are available, averaging £20–£40 daily based on sales.
