Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales Specialist (Commission Only) shall be responsible for winning staffing deals within his/her business territory. He/she must have the ability to monitor the company’s competitors, market conditions, and trends, and understand customer-specific needs while working in the marketplace, sharing this information with the peer team within the company.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Deploy at least two dedicated recruiters who will work exclusively for your requirements. Ensure these recruiters have enough opportunities to work daily on your requirements.
- Cross-sell our other products/services to customers as relevant, increasing your earning potential.
- No specific target to meet; set your own target and communicate it to us for resource allocation.
- Receive recurring commission on every deal closed with your help, payable monthly after revenue realization from the customer.
- Recurring commission is payable for any renewal of the staffing contract.
- Receive necessary technical training free of cost to take advantage of cross-selling opportunities.
- Strong background in sales, particularly working remotely (calling and emailing potential clients) is essential.
- Must have a good network of potential customers (prospects).
- Self-motivated with a passion for person-centric sales mechanisms.
- Understand the legal aspects of contract and permanent staffing scenarios within the UK.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Minimum understanding of the modern Information Technology landscape is necessary.
- Must be registered as a self-employed person with HMRC and have your own VAT, TAX & Bank Account in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to work independently on a commission-only basis, having your own working environment (computing device, internet, software, etc.).

- Depth of network to feed two recruiters with appropriate opportunities regularly from the very beginning of the relationship with Mindverse Consulting Services.
- Must be a citizen of the United Kingdom.
- Must have registration with HMRC as a self-employed person.
- Must have VAT, TAX & Bank Accounts.
- Potential to earn between £72,000.00 and £100,000.00 per year as commission.
