One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative UK - Benelux in the United Kingdom.

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business growth across the UK and Benelux markets. In this role, you'll engage with enterprise-level prospects, driving outbound and inbound lead generation while effectively positioning identity and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Dutch and English, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced remote sales environment. Accountabilities:

  • Identify and qualify outbound and inbound leads across UK and Benelux markets
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate meetings for the sales team
  • Customize outreach based on specific account and prospect needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and campaign efforts
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and activities in CRM platforms
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified opportunities and outreach volume
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and subject matter understanding


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in tech/SaaS
  • Native or fluent in both Dutch and English
  • Proven success in prospecting into large enterprise accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Self-starter who thrives in remote work environments and works well independently and in teams
  • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
