Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT in London is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Manager to drive and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives across Retail, eCommerce, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT.

You will translate priorities into actionable plans, lead cross-functional transformation projects and develop roadmaps with KPIs, while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed of progress and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in strategy execution, business transformation, programme management, PMO or consulting.
• Experience in retail, sportswear or licensed fashion is preferred.
• Strong programme and project management capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders.

We are recruiting for an iconic global sports and lifestyle brand looking for an experienced Strategy & Transformation Manager to support the delivery of key strategic and transformation initiatives across its European business.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans, ensuring complex projects remain focused, aligned and on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transformation, strategy, programme management or PMO professional with a strong commercial mindset and experience within retail, sportswear, apparel or footwear.

The Role

As Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will help drive the successful execution of high-impact business initiatives across Retail, eCommerce, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Translating strategic business priorities into clear and actionable plans

About You

You will have 5+ years' experience within strategy execution, business transformation, programme management, PMO or consulting, ideally within a fast-paced consumer environment.

You will also have:

• Previous experience within retail, sportswear or licensed fashion
• Strong programme and project management capabilities
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
• The ability to identify risks, resolve blockers and maintain momentum
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within wholesale apparel and footwear would be advantageous
