Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst, consulting or similar role, ideally within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or PMBOK.
• Resilience and composure under pressure, with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO and senior leadership team in delivering business plans and strategic priorities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the group’s transformation roadmap.
• Analyse data and performance trends to generate actionable insights.
