Job summary

AMFRESH UK is seeking a senior strategy professional to partner with the UK Managing Director and leadership team on high-impact opportunities across strategy, transformation, growth, M&A, customers, technology and organisational change.

You’ll shape and deliver strategic priorities, turning plans into measurable outcomes and embedding these priorities into team plans and daily decisions.

AMFRESH UK is looking for an exceptional strategy professional to work directly with our UK Managing Director and senior leadership team on some of the most important opportunities and challenges facing our business.

This is a broad, hands-on role spanning strategy, transformation, growth, M&A, customers, technology and organisational change. You’ll work on priorities that cut across our individual businesses and functions, bringing structure to complex challenges and taking ownership of delivery.

We’re not looking for someone simply to develop strategy or produce presentations. We want someone who can get underneath difficult problems, bring structure and insight, challenge our thinking and work with the business to turn decisions into results.

Alongside shaping and delivering strategic priorities, you’ll help bring our strategy to life for colleagues: communicating what we’re working towards, why it matters and how each team contributes. You’ll work with leaders to embed these priorities into team plans and everyday decisions.
