Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or programmes in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data into a clear story.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Customer Operations' strategic priorities, transformation programmes and service improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate governance, planning and programme management activities, ensuring actions, risks, dependencies and decisions are tracked.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations and management information, translating complex information into clear insights.
• Support leadership team activities, preparing briefings, meeting materials and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships across Customer Operations, the COO function and wider business teams to ensure priorities remain aligned.
