Qualifikationen

• Strong executive-level communication, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving execution in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience in financial services, banking technology, enterprise software, or regulated environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operationalise Universal Banking strategy with the Chief of Staff, coordinating planning processes and aligning priorities with enterprise objectives.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business reporting, developing dashboards, KPIs, and evidence-based insights for leadership decisions.
• Lead development of business reviews, LT discussions, strategic updates, and executive decision materials with high-quality recommendations.
• Oversee governance, tracking, and reporting for Value Creation Plan and priority initiatives, ensuring risks, dependencies, and outcomes are visible.
• Support corporate development, M&A, partnership, and transformation initiatives affecting Universal Banking, including business case support and integration planning.
• Design and maintain effective operational governance, escalation paths, and portfolio-level visibility to simplify processes and improve execution.
