Job summary

Finastra, a global leader in financial services software, seeks a Director of Strategy and Operations in London. You will partner with the Chief of Staff and Universal Banking leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, drive governance, and oversee performance management across major programs.

Qualifications

Strong executive-level communication, analytical, and synthesis skills.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive execution through influence in complex, matrixed environments.
Experience leading teams and developing talent in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Chief of Staff and Universal Banking leadership to operationalise strategy and LT objectives.
Drive monthly and quarterly business reporting, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
Lead governance, tracking, and reporting for strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Support corporate development, partnerships, and Day 2 optimisation.
Design and maintain effective governance forums, escalation paths, and portfolio visibility.
