Finastra is looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect for Universal Banking’s Essence product. You will provide expert advisory across the customer lifecycle, from discovery to implementation, leading transformation with core banking and analytics solutions on a global scale.

This senior role sits in the Professional Services team, driving cloud, integration, and technology alignment across complex landscapes, including third‑party and Finastra integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise, solution, and software architecture.
• Strong background in core banking systems and financial services software.
• Proven track record deploying cloud solutions.
• Experience with security compliance and data privacy best practices.
• Ability to map business processes to enterprise architecture standards.
• Capable of designing scalable architectural landscapes that are cost-effective.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting with impact.
• Collaborates effectively with internal teams to balance customer and company priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support large-scale technology transformation to deliver customer value.
• Create architecture artifacts like blueprints and roadmaps for transformation.
• Map as-is architectures and define future-state for pre-sales.
• Analyze existing architectures to define options and guidance.
• Articulate benefits of target architecture and guide realization.
• Support architecture strategies across public, private and hybrid cloud models.
• Assist with third‑party and cross‑Finastra integrations.
• Identify trends in retail and core banking to inform changes.
