Principle partners with a leading global technology company to recruit an experienced Programs & Business Operations Lead for a 12-month contract, remote in the UK.

The role focuses on growth initiatives, operational excellence and delivering data-driven programmes, requiring 8-10 years of experience and strong BI tooling skills.

Formación

• 8-10 years in business ops, strategy, analytics, consulting or programme management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets and Tableau for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with product, marketing, data science and operations.
• Familiarity with marketplace, growth, membership or loyalty programmes is a plus.

Strategic Operations Lead - Global Tech| £102,000 | 12-Month Contract | Remote (UK)

I'm recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading global technology company, seeking an experienced Programs & Business Operations Lead to support growth initiatives, drive operational excellence and deliver data-driven programmes.

Key requirements:

8-10 years' experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting or programme management.

Strong hands-on SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and Tableau (or similar BI tools) for reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.

Proven experience managing multiple projects, programme launches and cross-functional initiatives.

Experience collaborating with product, marketing, data science and operations teams.

Experience coordinating marketing assets, content production, events or vendor logistics.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to marketplace businesses, growth, membership or loyalty programmes is a strong advantage.
