Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in business operations or related fields.
• Strong hands-on SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and Tableau for reporting and analytics.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and launches.
• Experience collaborating with product, marketing, data science and operations.
• Experience coordinating marketing assets, content, events or vendor logistics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to marketplace, growth, membership or loyalty programmes is a strong advantage.
