Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for a Programme Business Operations Lead to support a leading online travel brand on a 12-month contract. You will build dashboards and perform analyses using SQL, Excel, and Tableau, delivering insights to drive decisions and optimize program performance.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or program management.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting event or content production (in-person and/or digital), including coordinating vendors, timelines, and logistics.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, or data science teams.
• Nice to have: exposure to marketplace dynamics, loyalty, membership, incentive, or merchandising programs; experience across geographies.
• Occasional travel to office or team offsites; proactive, curious, coachable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews that track program performance using SQL, Excel/Sheets, and Tableau.
• Deliver accurate analyses that answer business questions and surface actionable insights to the team.
• Support on-the-ground and digital production of assets and events from planning to day-of execution.
• Analyze experiments and pilots, size opportunities, track results, summarize learnings.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, marketing, data science, finance, and operations to keep launches on schedule.
• Translate program goals into clear requirements, processes, and operational playbooks.
• Prepare materials (decks, one-pagers, updates) communicating program status to stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and build simple tools or templates to improve team efficiency.
