ScrapChef is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to steer critical decisions across ops, finance, and planning as we scale globally. You will build models, design org systems, optimise capacity planning, and create dashboards to track performance.

You will also manage growth activities, negotiate contracts, establish subsidiaries in new markets, and help locate a new office as ScrapChef expands internationally, in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building models to inform critical decisions.
• Ability to design and operate systems for sourcing and onboarding team members.
• Strong analytical skills with capacity planning and scheduling in a growing startup.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic models to guide business decisions and investments.
• Build and optimize systems for talent sourcing and onboarding.
• Plan and optimize capacity for multiple simultaneous enterprise projects as the company scales.
• Create reporting tools and dashboards to track business performance and automate tasks.
• Support growth efforts, including contract drafting/review and customer negotiations.
• Navigate international expansion by establishing subsidiaries and compliance processes.
• Identify and relocate/establish new office spaces as needed.
