Job summary

GetGround in London is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to support the CEO and COO by tackling high-impact problems end to end, from market-entry models to optimising funnels and framing for the board.

You will own the highest-priority issues, run analyses, build models, turn strategy into shipped initiatives, and prepare leadership for decisive meetings in a fast-paced, rigorous environment where ambiguity is normal.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or an operating role at a high-growth startup.
• Strong commercial judgement.
• Ability to write and communicate difficult concepts clearly.
• Influence without authority.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and pace.
• Willingness to scale a business.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO & COO’s highest-priority problems end to end.
• Do the analysis yourself and build the model.
• Turn strategy into ships; create impact and own the result.
• Prepare the CEO & COO for rooms that matter (board meetings / investor conversations).
• Spot what nobody is looking at; bring problems to leadership.
