Job summary

FlightStory is seeking an experienced operating executive to own and execute the company’s integrated operating system across brand, content, revenue and marketing. You will translate strategy into sequenced, resourced plans and drive disciplined execution with a bias for data-driven decisions.

You will design weekly to quarterly cadences, allocate resources, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams while championing AI and automation to scale performance and maintain culture at speed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operating leadership in fast-moving media, content, or creator businesses.
• Experience running execution across production, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Hands-on experience adopting AI, automation, or efficiency tooling to lift output.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into sequenced, resourced delivery plans with clear ownership.
• Design and run weekly, monthly, quarterly operating cadences across multiple functions.
• Own resource allocation and spend decisions within remit, reallocating quickly when evidence supports.
• Provide operational truths about deliverables, timelines, and costs to guide decisions.
• Champion AI and efficiency tooling to scale successful formats across channels.
• Hire, develop, and retain teams, maintaining culture as a strategic asset.
