You will translate forecasts into actionable plans, drive investment options, and lead strategic improvement projects across supply chain, production and fulfilment. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure operations scale efficiently, improve performance and strengthen
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading ops improvements in fast-paced settings.
- Strong Lean/CI implementation experience.
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the operations strategic roadmap and project pipeline.
- Build business cases for improvements with ROI, cost, and timelines.
- Identify cost drivers and drive savings and productivity gains.
- Lead cross-functional projects and govern program delivery.
- Drive change management and adoption of new systems and tools.
