Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years in sales management, consulting, or Strategy/Sales Operations in an enterprise software/Cloud context.
• Experience in an Enterprise Software/Cloud Sales/Consulting organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the UKI Leadership team to develop strategy, growth plans, and align goals.
• Tailor the UKI strategy and narrative for local markets using data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive the business by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and scale the business.
• Shape the Strategy and Sales Operations function and manage regional processes, foster collaboration, and measure progress.
