Voy is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Clinical Operations team in London. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, work with clinicians, product, data and operational leaders to identify opportunities and execute projects that improve care delivery.

You have 2-4 years of consulting or startup operations experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, start-up operations, or generalist operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic projects across operations, including process improvement and scaling care models.
• Identify bottlenecks using data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Commercial, and Clinical teams to align initiatives.
• Design and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support business case development, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
