Job summary

Voy is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate/Senior Associate to build and scale the operational backbone for new country launches. You’ll work across care, medical, commercial, product, and leadership to design and run new teams from the ground up, ensuring patient care and rapid growth.

You’ll drive end-to-end setup, analyze data for bottlenecks, and create scalable processes and dashboards. Some international travel is expected in this fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, start-up operations, or generalist operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful self-starter who acts with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools; Looker/SQL bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up end-to-end operations for new country launches.
• Collaborate with care, medical, commercial, and product teams.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities; recommend actions.
• Design scalable operational processes for growing markets.
• Own KPI tracking and provide real-time launch visibility.
• Create repeatable playbooks to speed up future launches.
• Travel occasionally to support in-market launches.
