Finance Manager – Cost & Capital

Central London | Hybrid Working | Creative Global Organisation

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially focused Finance Manager to join our influential Cost & Capital Team at a global creative powerhouse based in Central London.

This is a pivotal role for a confident finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to shape investment decisions, drive performance, and contribute to long-term financial strategy. You’ll gain exposure to the CFO and VP of Finance, and have clear progression opportunities toward future leadership roles — including the potential to move into a CFO track.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across both operational costs and CAPEX
• Provide financial stewardship over capital projects — ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, and budget targets
• Build and enhance cost-performance dashboards and financial models to inform strategic planning
• Partner with senior business leaders to drive cost optimisation initiatives and process improvement
• Guide investment decisions through data-driven analysis, business case reviews, and ROI tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise processes and support scalable growth
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support high-impact decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing cost performance and/or capital investment (CAPEX) in a strategic finance role
• Exceptional analytical and modelling skills, with a commercial mindset
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting clear, actionable insights
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset — excited to shape finance processes and drive value
