The Opportunity:

For the UK Government, safeguarding National Security is an around-the-clock mission. To tackle the complexity of this challenge, central intelligence and military agencies rely on this Big 4 Firm as a Prime Supplier of technology and strategy solutions.

The Role:

As a trusted advisor to the UK’s Defence and Intelligence leaders, you'll guide critical decisions and shape the future of national security. You’ll lead the analysis of strategic options, design innovative business models, and assess commercial impacts to drive measurable outcomes.

Using emerging technologies like AI, robotics, and advanced analytics, you’ll help clients stay ahead of disruption and innovate with purpose. Your role will extend beyond strategy development to ensure successful implementation, managing the challenges that come with transforming complex systems.

Additionally, you’ll generate powerful insights, lead high-performing teams, and build strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • British National with DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance.
  • Background in strategic consulting within Defence & Security or the broader Public Sector.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy and transformation initiatives for Defence and Security clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset, skilled in data-driven research and generating strategic insights.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, including facilitating workshops and managing high-level relationships.
  • Skilled in crafting clear, persuasive reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations.
  • Experience in risk assessment and opportunity analysis, aiding informed decision-making and execution.
  • Leadership in mentoring junior colleagues and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Involvement in business development, including proposal writing and client engagement.
  • Deep understanding of strategic analysis, innovation, and emerging technologies (AI, robotics) to enhance policy and operations.
  • Ability to turn strategy into action, navigating implementation challenges and adapting as needed.
