Sierra is seeking a driven professional to own the life cycle of AI agents for customers, from first pilot to production, handling thousands of conversations daily.

You will sit at the intersection of product, agent development, and customer-facing work, translating business goals into high-performing agents and collaborating with enterprise teams to drive outcomes.

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Genuine energy for being in front of customers, understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
• Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change quickly.
• Comfort engaging directly with technical concepts, including reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in design discussions.
• A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, hands-on with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering, while working closely with technical counterparts.
• Experience as a founder, founding team member, or operator, with the ability to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.

Responsibilities:

• Own how our AI agents come to life for customers from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day.
• Sit at the intersection of product, building agents, and customer-facing work, staying close to the technology and the people we build for.
• Transform customers thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
• Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production.
• Translate business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tune it relentlessly until it is the best version of itself in the real world.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders by understanding what success means to their business and shaping the AI strategy to get them there.
• Partner with customers working teams day to day, run working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
• Surface unmet needs from customer work and feed them back to research and platform to shape where we go next.
