Hackajob Ltd is seeking a results-driven leader to partner with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams to deliver innovative ideas and exceptional agents.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is a strong plus.
• An MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations is another strong plus.
