Job summary

Sierra is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise-grade AI agents and drive customer-centric product strategy. You will collaborate with engineers and clients to shape features, communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences, and help scale deployments across major accounts.

The role requires strong technical and business acumen, experience with React/TypeScript/Go, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product development of highly technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or a similar role at Senior Product Manager level or above.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Degree in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• MBA or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences.
• Experience interfacing with end customers to influence software development.
• AI-related experience with product development for AI agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and customers to ship enterprise-grade AI agents handling thousands of conversations daily.
• Engage with all levels of customer businesses to discover and assess requirements.
• Prepare and present demonstrations of our agent capabilities.
• Address technical challenges in business processes with technical counterparts.
• Develop and improve virtual agents to fit customer needs and processes.
• Serve as trusted advisor and drive strategic technical directions for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in product development of highly technical products
• Experience in Product Management or a similar product development role at or above Senior Product Manager level
• Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments
• Professional fluency in German and English
• Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• AI-related experience, with product development for AI agents a plus
• Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go
• MBA or equivalent professional experience
• Past roles interfacing with end customers to influence software development
