Job summary

Maxwell Stephens Recruitment is seeking a Workplace Operations & Performance Lead to join a Facilities Management and Workplace Services function in Slough, UK. The role blends FM performance reporting, workplace planning, project coordination, and governance, delivering data-driven insights to improve operations.

You will own FM scorecards, produce MI for senior stakeholders, coordinate workplace changes and support projects, while enhancing processes, data quality and systems across Facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with MI, scorecards or dashboards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage FM scorecards and reporting cycles
• Produce regular MI reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Coordinate workplace moves, churn and space changes
• Support CAFM system improvements and enhancement requests
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and data quality
• Coordinate communications relating to workplace changes and service updates
