Job summary

Maxwell Stephens Recruitment is seeking a Workplace Operations & Performance Lead to join the Facilities Management and Workplace Services function. The role focuses on FM reporting, MI, workplace planning and project coordination, driving system and data quality improvements across the function.

You will own scorecards and reporting cycles, consolidate data from multiple sources, and coordinate workplace changes while supporting projects and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Experienced FM or workplace professional with strong analytical, organisational and coordination skills.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience using a CAFM system such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
• Experience producing MI, performance reports or scorecards.
• Experience consolidating and analysing data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage FM scorecards and reporting cycles.
• Produce regular MI reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, risks and performance improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate workplace moves, churn and space changes.
• Support the delivery of workplace projects.
• Provide governance and incident reporting support.
• Maintain document control and support audit readiness.
