Job summary

SSEN Transmission is seeking a Workforce Planning Lead based in Scotland, with a requirement to spend 50% of the week in the office in Perth, Aberdeen, or Inverness. The role sits within Programme and Project Services, enabling effective resource management across the portfolio and supporting contingent workers.

You will lead processes for demand management, allocate resources, and collaborate with HR and recruitment.

• Extensive experience in resource management with a track record of leadership.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills for resource data.
• Experience with contingent worker management and renewals.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management at all levels.
