Qualifications

• Experience of strategic workforce planning and people analytics, translating business plans into workforce implications.
• Experience measuring and improving organisational effectiveness through evidence-based interventions.
• Experience of designing and delivering Organisation Design projects independently, on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead people analytics and workforce insights to develop metrics and dashboards for business leaders and HR partners.
• Develop and maintain OBG’s Strategic Workforce Plan in collaboration with FDJ United Group People teams.
• Lead organisation effectiveness, design and change projects to optimise target operating models and governance.
