Job summary

SF Partners are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Business Partner to lead the strategic workforce planning framework within the Organisation Development & Transformation team. The role is hybrid, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and locations across the UK.

The successful candidate will design the planning framework, identify future skills, turn data into forecasts and partner with senior leaders to embed workforce planning in business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategic workforce planning or organisational planning.
• Deep knowledge of workforce planning frameworks, future skills and capability.
• Analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience translating workforce plans into talent and capability strategies.

• Work with People and Talent to translate insights into talent and capability plans.
• Help shape career pathways, internal mobility and development opportunities.
• Identify workforce risks early and advise leaders on actions.
• Champion equity-based planning to support a diverse workforce.
