Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior learning, capability, professionalisation or workforce development specialist.
• Experience leading organisational discovery, diagnostic or assessment activity.
• Strong knowledge of competence frameworks, capability models and workforce development approaches.
• Experience translating complex workforce information into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational discovery, diagnostic and capability assessment across a significant operational workforce.
• Build understanding of current skills, qualifications and development activity.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops and consultation sessions with leaders and subject matter experts.
• Develop role-specific capability maps and competence frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps and develop development roadmaps and pathways.
• Prepare diagnostic reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
