King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks a senior leader to drive data quality and establishment control for ESR and related workforce systems. The role leads governance across the organisation, ensuring secure, reliable workforce data and alignment with financial reporting needs.

The postholder will prepare for national workforce technology transitions, manage ESR structures, and provide strategic direction across the People Directorate and partner functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance for ESR and workforce systems data quality.
• Provide strategic leadership across People Directorate and related services (Finance, Payroll, Recruitment, Digital, BI).
• Prepare for national developments in workforce technology (ESR to NHS PeoplePortal/Future NHS Workforce Solution).
• Deputise for Head of People Systems, Data and Payroll.
