Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting a Project Manager to join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA). The role is an alliance-focused delivery lead for the Anglian Water SPA project and associated pipelines, responsible for coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to deliver on time, to budget and to the required quality and governance standards.

You will oversee elements of the SPA programme across enabling and delivery phases, driving performance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment while

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil / MEICA / Construction Management or a relevant subject.
• Experience leading large-scale water infrastructure or linear projects.
• Experience leading multi-contractor, multi-disciplined teams.
• Experience delivering design and build on large construction projects.
• Ability to perform within a tight budget via effective programme development, risk and opportunity management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate Programme level strategy into actual outcomes and inform team of requirements.
• Ensure the project team resources are fully utilised, and performance aligns with metrics.
• Deliver enabling and delivery phases, keeping projects on track for cost, time and quality; mitigate issues.
• Manage full project lifecycle from enabling to handover and warranty post-handover.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety standards.
