Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting an Electrical Design Engineer to join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) for Anglian Water projects. You will deliver detailed electrical designs for potable water pumping stations and reservoirs, coordinating with design leads and production teams.

Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering large-scale water infrastructure, with emphasis on digital delivery, CAD/BIM/GIS, and WIMES data to ensure safety and value for money across AMP8.

Qualifications

• Experience in outline and detailed design of water industry applications.
• Experience in Design and Build projects.
• Experience in witness testing.
• Experience in selection and design of Instrumentation, control systems and automation equipment in a process environment.
• Knowledge of BS7671 latest edition.

Responsibilities

• Producing and checking single line diagrams and related electrical deliverables.
• Input to process control, Intelligent P&IDs, 3D models, HAZOP and LOPA studies.
• Report to SPA EICA Discipline Lead and collaborate with delivery teams.
• Develop technical solutions from concept to handover, ensuring design integrity.
