Seeking my Operations Wingman (or Right-Hand Brain)

This isn’t your typical VA gig. I’m building a bold initiative: a high-impact personal brand accelerator for founders and professionals aiming to lead their market and make a real impact.

My role involves strategy, storytelling, and growth. Your task? Help me execute with precision.

What I Need From You:

• Act as my second brain. Help me stay organized, on point, and ahead of schedule.
• Manage sessions, client folders, Slack messages, and follow-ups.
• Format and track core documents and worksheets (Notion, Google Drive, etc.).
• Spot loose ends and close loops — I rely on your attention to detail.
• Bonus: proficiency with Loom videos, light formatting, and idea tracking.

Who You Are:

• Calm under pressure. Reliable. Structured. You like systems and order.
• Strong communicator — confident, clear, and respectful.
• Growth-driven: you want to build, not bounce.
• Comfortable in flexible, asynchronous work environments.
